The Graham Cup Mixed Pairs Tournament was held, yesterday, for the first time since COVID. The Round Robin games were played in the morning and after a wonderful lunch the semifinal and final matches followed in the afternoon. The final was an exciting, very close match featuring Sharon Varndell & Mel Barrett versus Audrey Merrington & Dennis Newham. After the scheduled 10 ends were played, the score was 7- 7. The extra end was just as close and ended in a 1 shot win for Sharon & Mel, 8 - 7. A great day was had by all who attended and big thank you to Doug Jones who organised and ran the event.
