Saturday 4th May. B&DBA Men's 1st Team at Home against Fordingbridge.

First team off to another very good start, thought I’d send you a copy of the result sheet. 73 shots to Ringwood (12 points) and 63 shots to Fordingbridge (2 points). As you will see we had three winning rinks and one lost rink, unfortunately the losers were my rink but we were up against Tom Warner and co  but what little we did score was enough to ensure that the three winning rinks scored enough for the overall victory so we are very happy
Regards Derick.

Geoff Bell, Dan Cookman, Steve Burns and Lee Croad won 28-9.                                                                                                                                           Mel Barrett, Fred Alderman, Ed Melton and Pete Ward won 21-9.
Brian Harrington, Barry Vaughan, Derrick Fulker and Steve Van Wyk won 16-12.
Rob Huggett, Barrie Seymour, Bryan Tanner and Derick Faulkner lost 8-33.

Saturday 4th May. B&DBA Men's A Team Away against Fordingbridge A.

Sorry can’t send you the result sheet as the home team have that but can tell you that the score was Fordingbridge A 12 - Ringwood 2.
We lost by five shots overall 80 to 75. From a Ringwood point of view two rinks lost by one shot one rink lost by 3 shots and one rink won by one shot.
So we were robbed

Doug

Saturday 4th May. B&DBA Triples B Team Away against West Moors B.

Once again the trips were away and lost both rinks one rink 17-16 and the other 20-15 so once again a close game.
Cheers
